Job Title: Automotive Office Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automotive Office Coordinator to join our team at Toyota of Woodbridge. As an Automotive Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and sort financial documents, such as invoices and checks, to substantiate business transactions.
  • Verify and post details of business transactions, including funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.
  • Compute and record charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, and other financial data.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other financial records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience in the automotive industry.
  • Must be fluent with Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
