Job Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a vital role within our sales department, tasked with enhancing sales functions, facilitating lead acquisition, and executing marketing strategies. This position encompasses administrative responsibilities, client engagement, and collaborative efforts to boost sales productivity and ensure the effective implementation of sales programs. Reports To: Head of Global Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Acquisition: Discover and cultivate new sales opportunities through various platforms and integrate them into the CRM system.
  • Event Coordination: Research and maintain an updated list of relevant trade shows. Suggest significant trade shows for each market segment and manage logistics for trade show participation, including travel and client meetings.
  • CRM Oversight: Perform regular updates to the CRM to maintain accurate and current data. Ensure a smooth cold calling process for Business Development Representatives and establish systems for timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Create and assemble sales proposals that align with client needs and company standards.
  • Marketing Resources: Coordinate the availability of marketing materials and resources for sales presentations and client meetings.
  • Social Media Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to generate 3-5 social media posts weekly and manage the company's social media presence.
  • Email Campaign Management: Execute and oversee email marketing initiatives to connect with potential and existing clients.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and document scripts, workflows, and procedures to standardize sales operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge for success.
  • Sales Reporting: Compile and analyze internal sales reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative capacity. Familiarity with lead generation, trade shows, and CRM systems is advantageous.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with social media management and email marketing platforms.
