About the Role

Pure Dental is seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator to oversee the financial treatment plan aspect of our dental practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check out patients, schedule treatment, and ensure payments are posted correctly in the ledger.
  • Use pre-designed systems to ensure the patient experience is achieved and assist with front office duties as needed.
  • Follow and demonstrate commitment to Pure Dental's policies, professional expectations, clinical service excellence, and outstanding patient experience.
  • Perform all duties of the patient coordinator, including checking out patients chairside and with weave using hand-offs with the clinical team.
  • Present financial portions of treatment plans and explain financial options to patients.
  • Schedule treatment, ensure treatment scheduled by the clinical team is scheduled properly, and scan treatment plans.
  • Manage credit card receipts, check in lab cases, and confirm with assistants that labs for the next day are received.
  • Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans after 2 days, 2 weeks, and 2 months, and prioritize same-day treatment opportunities.
  • Make appropriate adjustments for Pure Dental Plan patients and ensure patient payments are posted to the correct provider.
  • Post Weave payments daily and cover critical daily duties of the patient coordinator and insurance coordinator if they are absent.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year in a dental front office role
  • Knowledge of Dentrix software a plus
  • Ability to present high-dollar treatment plans confidently
