About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team at US Fertility. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Obtain, record, and update patient financial and insurance information to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
  • Optimize Patient Scheduling: Assess patient needs and schedule appointments to maximize provider time and treatment room utilization.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, address customer/patient issues, and provide timely feedback to the practice regarding service failures or patient concerns.
  • Consult with Patients: Discuss benefits, coverage, and financial options with patients to ensure they understand their options and make informed decisions.
  • Work Collaboratively with the Team: Collaborate with healthcare providers, nurses, and other staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Experience: In a medical office or related field, with a strong understanding of insurance/benefits, medical terminology, and medical billing.
  • High School Diploma Required: With a strong emphasis on customer service, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and staff members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Computer Savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software to manage patient records, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative tasks.
