Job Overview

Hutson Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Aftermarket business efforts. As the Aftermarket Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Parts and Service Sales: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales of parts and service offerings.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 or more years of sales experience in the aftermarket industry.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with John Deere and competitive equipment, as well as technology trends and advancements.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Vision Requirements: Close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, and viewing a computer terminal.
