Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager - OEM Direct Sales is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key OEM customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the bearing and power transmission industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to develop and implement sales initiatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bearing and power transmission industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
- 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the bearing and power transmission industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
