Job Summary

The Business Development Manager - OEM Direct Sales is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key OEM customers. This role requires a strong understanding of the bearing and power transmission industry, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to develop and implement sales initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the bearing and power transmission industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the bearing and power transmission industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
