Position Overview:


As an Advertising Partnerships Manager within our Member Access Platform (MAP) team, you will leverage your 5-7 years of expertise in digital advertising sales to enhance the domestic revenue streams for our category.

Your extensive relationships with clients and agencies in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, combined with a consultative mindset and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, will position you as a strategic ally to your designated clients. You will offer a diverse array of advertising solutions to meet their business objectives.

Utilizing your skills in executive outreach, networking, and prospecting, you will identify new accounts to augment our existing CPG client base and assist in achieving your personal revenue goals.

As an individual contributor, you will report to a Team Lead and receive support from various segment partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and execute sales strategies to surpass revenue targets within the digital advertising and retail media domain.

Achieve and exceed sales objectives for yourself and your team.

Establish and manage account plans to unlock investments and guide client performance metrics.

Collaborate with colleagues and partners across various departments to finalize operational projects.


Develop account strategies, summarize market data, conduct client analysis, and define the business approach for Sam's Club MAP success with digitally focused enterprises.

Engage with organizations to influence executive and daily contacts to fulfill account plans.

Oversee forecasting and precise client analysis to support team planning.

Collaborate with product teams and multiple segments to deliver consolidated information that prioritizes customer needs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.

5-7 years of experience in Shopper Marketing Sales, eCommerce sales, Retail Advertising Sales, or Search.

5+ years of experience managing client accounts.

3+ years of experience as a strategic advisor working with C-Level clients.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue/business targets.

Expertise in high-level negotiation and successful relationship management, both internally and externally.

Strong financial acumen with forecasting capabilities.

Operational proficiency (SFDC pipeline, call reports, account planning, etc.).

Ability to interact with a diverse range of businesses and present effectively both over the phone and in person.

Experience in establishing communication and engagement with executive leadership.
