Bilingual Customer Service Representatives

Job Title: Bilingual Medical Call Center Representative - Multiple Openings
Location: Fort Worth
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Contract Duration: Approximately 3 to 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate, prompt, and courteous assistance to all Health Plan members and providers in a dynamic call center setting.
- Adhere to established office protocols.
- Maintain and update records diligently.
- Conduct outbound communications to patients and members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or medical environment.
- Proficient data entry skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is essential.
- A positive demeanor and a commitment to integrity.
- Enjoyment in working with individuals and providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality.
- No visible tattoos or piercings.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- A sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
