**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide accurate and prompt service to all clients and customers
  • Ensure office procedures are followed and maintained
  • Document and update records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Make outbound calls to patients and members to provide information and support

**Requirements:**

  • At least 6 months of experience working in a call center environment or 6 months of medical experience
  • Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • A positive attitude and high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality
  • No visible tattoos or piercings
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
