Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, resolving issues, and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Answer questions and provide information on EECU products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year prior call center or financial experience required
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual preferred - able to read, write, and speak Spanish
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
