Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at McKesson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding our products and services
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
  • Document customer interactions and issues in our call tracking system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge of SAP or similar software systems
  • Pharmacy tech experience or similar experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
