Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Global Brand Marketing for the Affluent segment is tasked with driving engagement and payment volume growth across our diverse product offerings aimed at affluent consumers.

A comprehensive understanding of this high-value demographic, along with insights into consumer behavior and market trends, is essential for crafting effective marketing strategies that resonate globally.

This role will significantly contribute to the Center of Excellence, focusing on innovation and expertise to enhance value creation for strategic segments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Establish and oversee the brand vision for the Affluent segment, ensuring it remains at the forefront of consumer preference.
2. Define and guide the brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging for various stakeholders, including regional teams and product groups.
3. Develop a consumer-first strategy that segments the affluent audience across our service offerings, including digital payments and eCommerce.
4. Collaborate with the Brand Positioning Center of Excellence to create impactful brand narratives tailored to the affluent market.
5. Consult on the evolution of brand aesthetics and messaging for both B2C and B2B communications.
6. Work alongside regional teams to establish a framework for measuring the effectiveness of marketing strategies targeting affluent consumers.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in luxury goods or services marketing, particularly focused on premium offerings.
  • International experience with global brands, particularly in affluent markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven track record in brand leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple complex projects.

Additional Information
This position may require occasional travel and will be performed in a hybrid work environment, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work.
