Join the Growth Team at BerlinRosen as a Vice President/Senior Vice President of Business Development Operations and take advantage of this unique opportunity to shape the future of our business development function. With a strong background in business development, systems-building, and project management, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and training on systems, databases, process, and protocols for new business across Orchestra and Orchestra companies. You will also support the big picture business development strategy across Orchestra and Orchestra companies and lead multiple projects while engaging with various teams and personalities.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $170,000-$215,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, pre-tax Health Savings Account Savings Plan (HSA-SP) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 20 vacation days, 10 wellness days, 1 day for your birthday, collective PTO between Christmas and New Year's Day, plus 11 holidays, pre-tax commuter benefits, mobile phone reimbursement for data and minutes.
