iCapital is looking for a talented Head of Institutional Business Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships across the Endowments and Foundations landscape, driving new business initiatives, and leading the development of our GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in business development/relationship management and working within financial services or financial technology industry. Additionally, they will have a robust knowledge and experience with alternative investments, specifically the Endowments and Foundations space. The salary range for this role is $200,000 to $275,000 per year, including an annual performance bonus.
