We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Growth to lead our Sales and Account Management Team and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for forming strategic partnerships with top-tier clients, making great first impressions during initial calls/meetings/mails, extensive travelling across the US, participating actively at conferences, generating qualified leads, and following up with key leads to win them. They will work closely with our Heads for Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management and our CEO to achieve ambitious sales and growth targets.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with 10-15 years of experience in sales and client-facing roles, preferably in analytics/DE/MLE/DS/BI services. The ideal candidate should have significant experience working with US clients and strategic partners, selling analytics and big data solutions to US Fortune 500 companies, and willingness to travel frequently. They should also have a track record of achieving ambitious sales and growth targets, excellent relationship-building and management skills, results-oriented, innovative, and energetic team player, outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills, cross-cultural and on-shore, off-shore model experience, prior experience with CRM-Sales-Marketing Automation Tools, ability to learn and deliver results quickly, and bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or statistics.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
Bonus: Eligible for performance-based bonus up to 20% of annual salary
