Job Description

We're seeking a Head of Institutional Product Growth to lead our go-to-market strategy for enterprise product suite focusing on digital asset custody and tokenization use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for our institutional product suite
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market strategy and execution
  • Define target customers, use cases, and geographic markets for Ripple's institutional product suite
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging tailored to target customers
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product, product marketing, business development, with a strong emphasis on enterprise marketing to large institutions
  • Strong understanding of digital asset custody and tokenization use cases
Compensation

The salary for this role is $150,000 per year, plus a generous bonus structure based on performance. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
