Position Overview:
Technomic is seeking a motivated and skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of clients and ensuring their success through our comprehensive offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Fostering client engagement and achieving high renewal rates.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and communication.
  • Conducting business reviews and actively engaging with clients to enhance retention throughout the renewal cycle.
  • Delivering training sessions and presentations on our Ignite platform and related topics.
  • Overseeing contract negotiations for renewals, ensuring favorable terms and successful outcomes.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure timely project completion and accurate reporting.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients utilizing Technomic's products and services, accessible through our Ignite research platform.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive satisfaction.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Experience in client-facing meetings and delivering engaging presentations.
  • A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and proficiency in online programs and databases.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
