Role Responsibilities:
You will take charge of nurturing and managing client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals who find fulfillment in witnessing the impact of their efforts.

The successful candidate will exhibit a structured and process-oriented approach, thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously is crucial. Experience in cultivating client relationships, defining project strategies and deliverables, and managing resources and expectations is required.


The ideal candidate will possess a background in business development, strategy, or sales, as you will be advising clients on these topics.


Individuals who excel in this role may have experience in business development, coaching, fitness training, or military service, showcasing their capability to motivate and achieve objectives.


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clients actively engage with their networks and complete necessary interviews and episodes.

Clients will also inquire about our various services, and you will receive training to effectively communicate these offerings that drive results.


Key Duties:
Act as the project leader and primary client liaison, overseeing all aspects of podcast strategy and its application as a business development tool.
Foster strong relationships with clients while providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for growth with existing clients and areas for enhancement.
Lead daily project operations and guide team members (e.g., writers, editors, developers, etc.) in their tasks.

Important Note:
Your main focus will be assisting clients in implementing our strategies.

Other team members will handle the execution of our services, including podcast editing, writing show notes, and managing content distribution.

This role is remote and allows for a flexible work pace.

We prefer candidates who can commit to at least 20 hours per week, though those with fewer hours available initially are also welcome to apply.

Self-motivation and initiative are essential traits for success in this position.

Essential Qualifications:
Effective communication skills via email and phone
A friendly demeanor, as we value a positive team environment
A passion for assisting B2B clients in leveraging podcasts for referrals and client acquisition

Bonus points for experience in podcasting, radio, or related media (not mandatory)
