In today's climate, it is crucial for individuals to express their opinions at the polls to advocate for the changes they wish to see in their communities. To facilitate greater voter participation in significant elections, we are dedicated to registering voters throughout California. Our initiative involves engaging with potential voters to inform them about the significance of their participation. We will connect with individuals in bustling public areas within their neighborhoods to assist them in registering to vote. Our mission is to enroll and mobilize new voters in California, ensuring that every voice is acknowledged.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop skills in: Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Campaign Operations, Public Policy, and Social Impact.

Competitive Pay Canvasser roles commence at $24/hour. Leadership roles begin at $26/hour. We provide overtime compensation, shift bonuses, paid training, sick leave, and referral bonuses.

Health and Safety Commitment We adhere to stringent health and safety protocols, implementing a contactless approach to our campaign efforts. All necessary training and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be supplied.

Position Responsibilities for Canvassers ($24/hr):

  • Engage with the public in a courteous and respectful manner
  • Deliver a persuasive campaign message and gather comprehensive survey responses from voters
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance outreach capabilities
  • Strictly adhere to the campaign's safety guidelines, including PPE usage and daily health protocols

Position Responsibilities for Team Leaders ($26/hr):

  • All Canvasser responsibilities plus:
  • Oversee a small team of canvassers in the field, providing periodic check-ins and end-of-day debriefs
  • Ensure each canvasser is equipped with the necessary materials for safety and success
  • Assist management with canvasser training and administrative tasks

  • Open to new experiences and eager to develop campaign skills
  • Culturally aware and capable of respectfully engaging with colleagues and the community
  • No prior canvassing experience required.

Compensation Details: $24/hour for canvassers and $26/hour for Team Leaders. We offer paid training, sick leave, and referral bonuses. All full-time employees have the option to enroll in our company healthcare plan.
