What Will You Do?

As a Brand Social & Community Strategist, your role will involve integrating social media initiatives to elevate Vans's core narratives across all social platforms. You will be responsible for both the planning and execution of innovative social strategies that enhance engagement around our campaigns through a data-driven communication approach.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Social Media & Community Manager to create and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with brand goals.
  • Partnering with the Global Brand Marketing team to develop seasonal briefs that inform the creation of organic social content.
  • Equipping regional and external partners with the necessary tools to support key narratives in their respective social landscapes.
  • Working alongside the Social Media & Community Manager to establish a go-to-market calendar with integrated tactics.
  • Coordinating with marketing, public relations, and product teams to ensure social media efforts are in sync with broader brand initiatives.
  • Crafting engaging and brand-aligned content across various social media channels.
  • Identifying collaboration opportunities with influencers and brand advocates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to gauge success.
  • Preparing regular reports that highlight key insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Staying updated on emerging trends and technologies in social media and community management.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
