Job Description

We are a leading provider of end-to-end Renewable Energy solutions, serving commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging, Fleet Electrification, Solar Micro-grids, Energy storage, and Hydroponic systems. Our company has experienced significant growth in these areas and operates under various government rebate programs, ensuring a stable revenue stream. We handle the entire product and service lifecycle, from Sales and Provisioning to Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance. As a licensed C-10 contractor, we operate construction crews in California and plan to expand to the rest of the U.S.

Job Overview

This is an entry-level role that requires a highly motivated individual with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills. As a Client Relationship Associate, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. You will collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to track project completion and serve as the primary point of contact with our clients. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals eager to immerse themselves in the EV charging and renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Identify Client Needs and Provide Solutions: Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Track Client Trends and Report to Management: Monitor client trends and report to management.
  • Provide Regular Status Updates: Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts.
  • Respond to Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate Client Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.
  • Advocate on Behalf of Clients: Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
  • Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Related Field: A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 Years of Experience in Client Service or Sales: 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
  • Business Acumen and Prioritization: Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Track Record of Following Through on Commitments: A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Familiarity with the Construction Industry: Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
