Client Relationship Specialist

This is an entry-level role that requires highly motivated individuals with a background in sales or customer service, coupled with excellent communication skills. As a Client Relationship Associate, your primary responsibility will be to communicate updates and expectations to clients. Collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams, you will play a key role in tracking project completion and being the primary point of contact with our clients.
Responsibilities:- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Identify Client Needs: Identify client needs and provide solutions.
- Analyze Client Feedback: Analyze client feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Track Client Trends: Track client trends and report to management.
- Provide Regular Updates: Proactively provide regular status updates on client accounts.
- Respond to Client Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries, and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate regular meetings with clients.
- Advocate on Behalf of Clients: Advocate on behalf of the client to ensure satisfactory coordination between internal teams and external project stakeholders.
- Maintain a Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Additional Duties: Additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Client Service: 1-3 years of experience in client service, sales, or a related field.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrates a keen business acumen, proficient in prioritization, and makes informed judgment calls when necessary.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, coupled with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- CRM Software: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Track Record: A track record of following through on commitments.
- Familiarity with the Construction Industry: Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
