Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our team at the Vancouver - Fourth Plain Medical Clinic. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process patient information and make medical appointments
  • Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff
  • Manage patient flow and coordinate clinical activities
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and families

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a medical setting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
