Position Overview:
As a Medical Office Receptionist, your role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and assisting with various administrative duties.

Key Duties:
  • Oversee front desk operations, including responding to phone inquiries and welcoming visitors.
  • Handle co-pay collections and gather insurance information.
  • Coordinate patient appointments and ensure all necessary documentation is prepared.
  • Assist with correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with site maintenance and data entry tasks.
  • Support compliance initiatives within the organization.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a reception role or relevant training.
  • Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with insurance billing and appointment management.
  • Proficient in computer operations and word processing software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced outpatient medical environment.
