Key Responsibilities:- Manage computerized records maintenance, office operations, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, supplies inventories, and purchasing.
- Assist in organizing and administering multiple office operations.
- Support invoicing and accounts receivable tasks.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Corporate teams.
- Interface with Engineering Group Project Managers and staff.
- Coordinate events such as team meetings and client engagements.
- Support the Vice President and leadership team.
- Review and audit time sheets.
- 5+ years of office administration experience.
- Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Preferably, experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus.
