We are looking for a driven, innovative, and enthusiastic individual to become part of our dynamic and diverse team at Advanced Software Talent.

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and maintaining comprehensive program documentation while collaborating on the design, development, installation, implementation, modification, support, and launch of new platforms and applications. This includes analyzing functional and systems requirements, developing application architecture, and validating data acquisition and output. Additional responsibilities may involve working with users to test, debug, and troubleshoot applications, ensuring software and systems quality and functionality, and applying information security and assurance policies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze requirements, defining scope, objectives, and feasibility. Create a detailed Product Requirement Document and Product Roadmap for the client’s AI/ML Platform.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and develop diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to enhance system understanding.
  • Produce detailed wireframes and mockups utilizing visualization tools for prototyping purposes.
  • Work closely with Data Management and Architecture teams to ensure compliance with accessibility, security, and policy guidelines.
  • Lead segments of large tasks or projects while developing and maintaining project management skills.
  • Participate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Project Managers/Scrum Masters, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Quality Assurance, and User Experience Designers to discuss scope, solutions, constraints, and risks.
  • Engage with cross-functional IT teams to streamline solution implementations and maintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidents.
  • Develop and execute test plans along with other quality assurance measures; lead testing efforts such as user acceptance, performance, security, and usability.
  • Ensure timely communication regarding system changes and determine support and resource requirements associated with each change.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in data analytics within the life sciences sector.
  • Experience in the complete software development lifecycle.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Lucid Chart, and Google Suite.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills; strong influencing capabilities are essential.
  • Proven success in managing high-complexity, high-profile, and large-scale initiatives.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented; capable of working autonomously and effectively within a geographically dispersed team; accountable for meeting project deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with data-related initiatives is a must.
  • Familiarity with ML and data science concepts is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the US Commercial Market in the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
