Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business and Customer Excellence, the Senior Learning Business Consultant performs a key role in supporting the learning function and change management initiatives for the Fraud and Compliance Department. You will join a team with a vision to ignite a passion for continuous learning through interactive, memorable, and innovative experiences that develop confident and engaged team members. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement learning strategies that align with business objectives.
  2. Lead the design, development, and delivery of learner-centered, high-impact learning experiences that drive business results.
  3. Create engaging learning experiences, content, and visuals that make complex skills simple and easy to learn.
  4. Measure the success of learning practices and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  5. Collaborate with business leaders to define, develop, and implement new business processes, recommending improvements to existing processes to meet specific business goals.
  6. Develop and maintain knowledge management initiatives to support the business.
  7. Manage the onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  8. Perform quality reviews and support quality management efforts to ensure the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a business consulting-type environment, with a focus on learning and development.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry or a related field.
  4. Experience in financial crimes, including fraud operations, is highly desirable.
  5. Knowledge of card processing, payment fraud prevention/detection techniques, online fraud management, and/or experience with investigation products is a plus.
  6. Demonstrated excellent collaboration and consulting skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  7. Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to change or redirection, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  8. Curiosity and a desire to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  9. Knowledge of various adult learning concepts and methodologies, with experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and knowledge management.
  10. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Strong analytical skills, including systems thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.

Pay Range

The base pay range for this position is $95,000 to $126,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
