Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Business Execution Consultant to enhance our Model Risk Governance framework. This role involves engaging with model owners and various stakeholders throughout all stages of the model lifecycle to ensure robust governance of model development, utilization, and evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while quickly assimilating information presented in diverse formats. A strong foundation in analytics and risk management is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee support functions or operations across multiple business units and contribute to significant strategic initiatives.
- Ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, alongside managing the operational pipeline.
- Conduct research on moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and a foundational understanding of organizational strategy and Business Execution.
- Work autonomously to provide recommendations for support functions, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and enhancing customer experience.
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
- Lead the management of relationships and the implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Experience in model risk management and oversight, with the ability to assess model risk across complexity, reliance, and materiality dimensions.
- Background as a model developer, validator, or in a model oversight capacity.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and multivariate analysis.
- Familiarity with quantitative modeling tools.
- Understanding of a broad range of operational risk and control areas.
- Awareness of regulatory laws and compliance experience related to high-visibility strategic initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to engage and lead discussions with senior management.
- Proven ability to produce and publish clear, concise reports.
- Experience in creating and managing policy and procedure requirements.
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
- This role follows a hybrid work model.
The pay range for this position varies based on location and experience, reflecting the base pay offered. Additional components of the compensation package may include benefits such as health coverage, 401(k) plans, paid time off, and more.
