Position Overview:
We are in search of a Senior Business Execution Consultant to enhance our Model Risk Governance efforts. This role involves engaging with model owners and various stakeholders throughout all stages of the model life cycle to ensure effective governance of model development, utilization, and evaluation processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while quickly understanding information presented in various formats. A background in analytics and risk management is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee support functions or operations across multiple business units and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions and manage the pipeline related to assigned operations.
  • Conduct research on moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives requiring analytical skills and a foundational understanding of organizational strategy and Business Execution.
  • Work autonomously to provide recommendations for support functions, demonstrating leadership.
  • Assist in planning and executing various programs and initiatives, including risk mitigation, efficiency improvements, and enhancing customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead the management of relationships and the implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in model risk management and oversight, with the ability to assess model risk across complexity, reliance, and materiality dimensions.
  • Background as a model developer, validator, or in a model oversight capacity.
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis, time series analysis, and multivariate analysis.
  • Proficiency with quantitative modeling tools.
  • Understanding of various operational risk and control areas.
  • Knowledge of regulatory laws and compliance experience on high-visibility strategic initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and lead discussions with senior management.
  • Proven capability to produce and disseminate clear and concise reports.
  • Experience in creating and managing policy and procedure requirements.
Job Expectations:

  • This position operates under a hybrid work model.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position varies based on location and experience. The base pay reflects the range offered for this role, with potential variations based on achievements, skills, and experience.
