Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team at PowerPay. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with contractors to promote and sell our financing solutions.

About the Position
  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, networking, etc.)
  • Educate contractors on the benefits of offering financing to their clients and how it can help grow their business
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demos to explain the features and advantages of our financing solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields (though motivated candidates without a degree but with relevant experience can be considered)
  • Entry-level to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, home improvement, or a related industry

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year. This figure is based on industry standards and location, considering the job requirements and responsibilities.
