Business Development Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Staffosaurus. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve budgeted goals for our facility.
The ideal candidate will have previous outside sales or marketing experience in the field of addiction treatment and/or mental health. Strong computer skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and self-motivation with a strong ability to work independently are also essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with mental health providers and community organizations to promote and represent our facility and provide access and resources to treatment services.
- Identify potential clients and make referrals to our services to meet marketing goals.
- Analyze competitive data within assigned geographical regions.
- Act as a liaison between our treatment team and referents.
