Global Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Business Development Strategist to join our team. This is a key role that will be responsible for leading cross-functional global teams and negotiating license and distribution agreements aligned with CSL's strategic objectives.
About the Role- Leverage your business development expertise to identify and assess opportunities that deliver on strategic plans and drive shareholder value.
- Lead due diligence efforts, ensuring quality and rigor of the processes, and distill findings into actionable recommendations.
- Negotiate licensing and distribution agreements, managing deal structures and valuations to maximize value for CSL.
- At least 7 years of business development experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the business and its strategy and processes.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and prioritizing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A competitive salary of $120,000 per year, based on the national average for this role.
