Job Summary

">

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships, driving direct sales and promoting customer retention. You will be responsible for selling products directly to Business to Business (B2B) customers, building rapport, and recommending modifications to products and services.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Drive continued penetration of portfolio into accounts, focusing on relevant products that match customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain quality customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and exceeding customer needs and expectations.
  • Achieve customer retention goals and follow-up with consumers as required to close sales and meet/exceed revenue goals.
  • Maintain consumer prospect lists/contact database to assess client purchasing trends; proactively and consistently seek opportunities to promote and sell products based on client purchase history.
  • Acquire in-depth industry and company knowledge to articulate product features, benefits, pricing and make recommendations to include core and innovative products.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage, dental and vision plans, tax-saving Flexible Spending Accounts, disability coverage, life insurance plans, and a 401(k) plan.
