Inside Sales Representative

Job Title: Inside Account ExecutiveWe're seeking an experienced Inside Account Executive to join our team. As an Inside Account Executive, you'll be responsible for selling our shipping and software solutions to high-volume ecommerce brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-quality discovery calls and needs analysis with potential clients
- Demonstrate our products and solutions to prospects
- Closing deals and handing them off to our implementation team
- Manage a pipeline of inbound leads, partner leads, and self-generated opportunities
- Qualify and prospect potential clients
- Provide rapid responses and ongoing communication to external partners and partner referrals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of experience in full-cycle SaaS sales, including pipeline management
- Experience working with ecommerce brands or running an ecommerce store
- 4+ years of SaaS sales experience, including multi-touch and multi-product deal cycles
- Self-prospecting and generating strong pipeline
- Salesforce proficiency
- MEDDPICCC or equivalent sales methodology
