  • Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and service technicians to understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions and support.
  • Service Activities and Work Orders: Review and analyze service activities and work orders to gather information needed to provide accurate cost estimates for recommended repairs.
  • Technical Support: Support service technicians with researching equipment and locating repair parts to ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Sales Process: Maintain an organized sales process through our CRM system, accurately estimating service and repair work, and consistently tracking and following up with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with customers, vendors, service technicians, and dispatchers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and local events to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Company Culture: Promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale, and regularly communicate and seek guidance from the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED; college diploma preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years' experience in customer service or sales in the HVAC industry.
  • Skills: Driven and passionate about our company vision and serving our customers; highly organized and diligent; exceptional interpersonal, active listening, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data; adaptability in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company; flexibility to varying situations and surprise circumstances; ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Dynamics 365; understanding of smartphones, mobile applications, VoIP phones, computers, printers, copiers, and modern office technology.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Physical Demands: Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time; must be able to work on a computer for prolonged periods of time; must be able to work on ladders, lifts, and from high elevations; must be able to work in confined spaces; must be able to work in extremely hot and cold climates.
