Job Summary

DB Roberts is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Identify, track, and pursue new business opportunities at assigned accounts and geographic territories.
  • Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, increase sales volume, and expand customer relationships.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts, including purchasing, engineering, and upper management.
  • Product Presentation: Demonstrate and present products and services to customers, using sales and marketing collateral.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and present professional business proposals to existing and prospective customers.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and submit strategic account call itineraries, call reports, and sales data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with inside sales teams to coordinate account activities and strategies.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with sales tracking software and CRM a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
