Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team at Restore Hyper Wellness. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for forming the first impression with our prospective customers and providing excellent customer service.
About the Role
This is a B2C opportunity, and leads are pre-qualified. You will be responsible for placing outbound calls to and receiving inbound calls from warm leads. Prospective clients are interested in taking advantage of membership and/or service promotions for our stores.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor a team of agents by delivering ongoing coaching, analyzing conversion metrics, and making recommendations to increase effectiveness
- Deploy leadership techniques to help the team achieve metrics
- Onboard and train new agents, ensuring all brand standards are met
- Conduct sales calls and meet individual sales goals & KPIs
- Maintain a consistent level of activity and performance based on the expected KPIs of the role
- Nurture existing contacts with phone calls, emails, and text messages, and follow up in accordance with a prescribed frequency
- Qualify and educate leads on offerings based on specific campaigns
- Maintain current product knowledge of all Restore modalities and educate potential clients on those modalities
- Present a clear, articulate summary of progress and findings within a store's region including products in use and common objections
Qualifications
- Weekend availability is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Training background preferred but not required
- Experience using Salesforce preferred but not required
- Ability to provide constructive criticism
- Sales experience and/or customer service lead experience
- Experience with scheduling and workforce management
- Technologically savvy
- At least two years sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
