Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Account Manager to join our team at Axiom Upgrades. As an Inside Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing established accounts, maintaining relationships, and consistently leveraging opportunities to maximize sales.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Successfully manage established accounts, maintaining relationships and consistently leveraging opportunities to maximize sales.
- Team Support: Enjoy working in a team environment and supporting your sales team.
- Customer Engagement: Demonstrate a strong ability to pick up the phone daily and ask customers how Axiom Upgrades can be of further assistance, using your great personality to gain additional sales.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrate common sense and resourcefulness for effective problem-solving.
- Customer Inquiries: Stay on top of customer inquiries and quotes.
- Communication: Communicate professionally and enthusiastically by phone and email, responding in a timely manner because you know the customer comes first.
- Phone Skills: Exceptional phone skills.
- Self-Starter: Self-starter, proactive and able to work independently taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Priorities: Ability to set priorities and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Microsoft Office: Microsoft Office experience with advanced Excel knowledge and skills.
- Telemarketing Experience: Experience in telemarketing or call center preferred.
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferred.
- Industry Experience: Two years of industry experience preferred.
- Education: Associate's degree and or equivalent work experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
