What is an Ignition Interlock Device? It is a sophisticated device that connects to a vehicle's ignition system, preventing the engine from starting if the driver's breath alcohol concentration exceeds the legal limit. This technology plays a vital role in promoting responsible driving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and removal of ignition interlock devices.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Provide comprehensive training sessions to customers on the proper use of the devices.
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both customers and team members.
  • Demonstrate independent problem-solving skills to address service challenges effectively.
  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of sensitive information and records.
  • Manage daily schedules and respond to new inquiries promptly.
  • Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong telephone etiquette is a must.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Familiarity with automotive, electrical, and mechanical systems is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A clean driving record is required.
