Position Overview:
Under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor, this role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our facility in Lincoln, NE. The technician will engage in a variety of maintenance tasks, focusing on both electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct preventive maintenance on utility systems.
2. Diagnose and repair ammonia refrigeration systems.
3. Address HVAC system issues.
4. Oversee domestic water heating systems maintenance.
5. Manage boiler and condenser water chemical systems.
6. Maintain accurate logbooks for refrigeration, cooling towers, and boilers.
7. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards throughout all tasks.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Technician or Journeyman in ammonia systems.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret technical diagrams.

Working Conditions:
This position requires the ability to work in cold environments and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
