SPA's Sea Land Air (SLA) Division serves a diverse array of national security government clients, including various branches of the military and international partners.

Our main goal is to offer timely, objective, and analytical evaluations that encompass the policy, operational, technical, programmatic, and acquisition dimensions of our clients' challenges.

By leveraging both specialized and cross-disciplinary expertise, the SLA Division acts as trusted advisors to senior decision-makers, providing data-driven insights, systems engineering, strategies, and plans that address both current and future national security challenges.

The AUKUS Group, within SPA's SLA Division, is tasked with delivering timely, objective, and analytical assessments that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy, and business analysis to support critical international defense initiatives.

Analysts and Engineers engaged with AUKUS will continue SPA's longstanding support to the undersea force and contribute to the development of a trilateral submarine capability for the future.

This role is essential to a high-profile international program that holds significant implications for future defense collaborations.


Key Responsibilities:

In this capacity, the Senior Administrative Coordinator will provide essential support to the AUKUS program office.

Specific duties include:
- Direct assistance to the program manager,
- Offering strategic advice on program execution,
- Facilitating executive-level meetings and preparing briefings,
- Analyzing operational processes and workflows,
- Developing recommendations for process enhancements to ensure efficient office operations,
- Collaborating with international partners to coordinate schedules.

Qualifications:
Required
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the Department of Defense.
- Proven track record in supporting a high-level executive office.
- Familiarity with executive scheduling, Defense Travel System, and front office operations.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and analytical capabilities, with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Current DoD SECRET clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting a Navy acquisition program office.
- Service as a senior enlisted or warrant officer in the US Navy.
- Knowledge of Navy requirements and program office structures and processes.
