Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional receptionist services to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and professional experience for our clients and their staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front office support to clients, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Order and stock supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked reception area.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by clients or management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a client service field, preferably as a receptionist.
  • Previous experience in a business environment preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $17.66 to $23.00 per hour, and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent on individual location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
