Aon is seeking a skilled Facultative Property Broker to enhance its premier Property team.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with team members and clients, focusing on the creation of tailored reinsurance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in new Facultative broking production and facilitate the placement of new business.
  • Contribute to the formulation of sales and marketing strategies aimed at generating revenue opportunities, including plans for targeted prospects and existing clients.
  • Work in tandem with Aon’s Treaty and Analytics teams to develop new business and foster relationships with clients and prospects aligned with Facultative business objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Aon’s resources and solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service to achieve high client satisfaction.
  • Encourage a collaborative approach to both internal and external business relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in broking and/or underwriting commercial lines, particularly in property insurance.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • CPCU or ARE designation or progress towards it is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance; experience in reinsurance is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with major clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and managing projects effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, committed to delivering top-tier client service and results.
  • Experience in managing teams or direct reports is a plus.
  • Proficient in client relationship management.
  • Adaptability to change in support of business and company goals.
  • Familiarity with MS Office suite and the ability to learn various software applications.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this position is [$120,000 to $165,000] annually, varying based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
