In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members and clients to develop tailored reinsurance strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Focus on generating new business in Facultative broking, contributing to the sales and marketing strategy aimed at revenue growth.
- Create comprehensive sales plans targeting identified prospects and existing clients.
- Work in partnership with Aon Treaty and Aon Retail broking teams to drive new business development and foster relationships aligned with Facultative objectives.
- Identify client needs and devise innovative, cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Aon’s resources and solutions to meet client requirements.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Promote a collaborative approach to both internal and external business relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in broking and/or underwriting commercial lines, particularly in casualty insurance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- CPCU or ARE designation preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of commercial casualty insurance; experience in reinsurance is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with major clients and maintain robust relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and managing projects.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter, committed to delivering top-tier client service and results.
- Experience in managing teams or direct reports is a plus.
- Expertise in client relationship management.
- Adaptability to embrace change in alignment with business goals.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of learning various software applications.
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is [$150,000 - $225,000] annually, varying based on education, experience, skills, and geographic location.
