- Account Management: Monitor accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and assist in meeting or exceeding production goals.
- Industry Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry, including sales ideas, trends, and developments.
- Licensing and Certifications: Maintain necessary licenses and certifications to produce business.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent insurance designation.
- Experience: Three years of wholesale insurance experience or equivalent.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance.
- Skills: Ability to understand and analyze insurance policies, review information, make decisions, and manage time effectively.
- Leadership and Teamwork: Ability to develop, foster, and maintain excellent working relationships with agencies, and demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, agents, and insurance companies.
As a Wholesale Insurance Producer - Client Relationship Manager at Crump Life Insurance Svcs Inc, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan. You will also receive paid time off, including vacation and sick leave, and paid holidays.
