Aon is seeking a Senior Facultative Property Broker to enhance its distinguished Property team.

Key Skills and Experience for Success:

  • Direct emphasis on generating new Facultative broking production, producing new business, and aiding in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies aimed at fostering revenue generation.
  • Develops thorough new business sales and development strategies for targeted prospects and existing clients.
  • Works in close partnership with Aon Treaty and Aon Retail broking teams to align efforts on new business development and relationship building with clients and prospects, understanding that a high volume of prospecting activity is crucial.
  • Identifies specific client and prospect needs, crafting innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Maintains a comprehensive understanding of all available Aon resources and solutions, aligning them with client business requirements.
  • Ensures high client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
  • Encourages and promotes a collaborative approach to both internal and external business relationships.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

  • 8 to 12 years of experience in broking and/or underwriting commercial lines, particularly in property insurance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • CPCU or ARE designation or progress towards it is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial property insurance (previous reinsurance experience is advantageous).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with major clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) with internal and external clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of multitasking and managing projects.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter, dedicated to delivering the highest standards of client service, quality, and results.
  • Prior experience in managing teams or direct reports is beneficial.
  • Expertise in client relationship management.
  • Ability to adapt to change in support of business units and company goals.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and capable of learning and utilizing various software and system-based applications.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel.

Pay Transparency:

The salary range for this position is [$150,000 to $225,000] annually. Actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
