About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join our team at Chihuly Garden and Glass. As a key member of our Exhibition Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and maintenance of our exhibitions and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Exhibition Department, including scheduling, communication, and data management.
  • Exhibition Coordination: Assist in the coordination of seasonal projects and programs, including event planning and execution.
  • Community Engagement: Coordinate the Community Enrichment Ticket Program and assist with the development of community outreach initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain reporting systems to track exhibition activity and provide insights for future planning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Exhibition Department team to ensure seamless execution of exhibitions and programs.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 3-5 years of administrative experience, with a focus on event planning and coordination.
  • Art Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the art industry, including museums and exhibitions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
