Job Summary

As a Theatre Operations Manager at AMC Theatres, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of a theatre to achieve AMC's goals. This includes providing leadership and development to all associates in a professional and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate theatre operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services to guests.
  • Provide leadership and development to associates, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Communicate expectations and goals to associates and ensure they are aligned with AMC's vision and values.
  • Monitor and control theatre expenses, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and food and beverage, to achieve theatre goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure theatre operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Age 18 or older.
  • Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
Working Conditions
  • Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet (or deposit into dumpster or trash compactor).
