About the Role

This role performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management, including external business partners.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, processing business expenses, and coordinating meetings and events.

The role also involves managing department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.

Additionally, the role requires managing procurement of goods and services, providing general office support, and serving as the department/group contact.

Special projects may be assigned as needed.

What We Offer

The Company offers a competitive salary range of $45,000-$99,000 annually, depending on factors such as geography, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid time off, and paid vacation time.

Ascendion also offers a Learning Management System to support employee growth and development.
