Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Segra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the mid-market segment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the mid-market segment and its unique challenges and opportunities.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining mid-market customer relationships with existing assigned Segra customers for services in market territory in order to reduce churn and maintain existing revenue base.
  • Investigating and resolving any problems, and positioning additional products within the account.
  • Preparing and delivering effective sales presentations to existing customers.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a base salary, you will also receive a commission-based bonus structure, which can add up to 20% of your base salary.
